How to get your Exclusive Bonus Material
STEP 1
Connect to the internet. Place your disc (labelled 'enhanced CD') into the computer drive.

Click the CD drive to locate the file named index.html

Click the weblink located above the 'username' and 'password' information

A webpage should then appear where you username and password need to be typed into the relevant spaces. Then click on the 'submit' button

You should now have entered the 'welcome to the Fly Records / Salvo Download area' page.

The online downloads are located at the bottom of the page with further instructions to download the materials available.
